NOTE: For sole proprietors and businesses with less than 5 employees we offer several plan types to select from. Two of our most popular programs have a $0 deductible with extremely competitive rates. One plan requires underwriting to qualify for lower premiums but is guaranteed renewable based on age only. In addition we offer a guaranteed national plan with fixed rates. These plans are not offered by the Federal Exchange. We can assist those interested in obtaining coverage via the Exchange if they choose.
