For business owners with employees

Where permitted, employees can authorize deductions from their after-tax pay, with the employer forwarding those funds to the insurer on the required payment schedule, which may be monthly.
Participation must be voluntary. The arrangement needs to meet applicable payroll and benefit rules, and the insurer must accept the payment method. Jim can help you explore the option before you set it up.
A modest amount can make a difference. Ask about an extra $50 a month in taxable pay that employees may use as they choose, including toward health coverage.
Payments tied to buying insurance or reimbursing premiums need a properly structured benefit arrangement. Have your payroll or benefits adviser confirm the contribution method, employee eligibility and any waiting period before implementation.

International health coverage
